Terms and
Condition of class fees including Cancellation Policy.
Fees
For the classes purchased after November, 2016, fees will be
as follows.
Class Pack A General Painting & Drawing Wednesday 1-3_____$69/4-2 hour sessions
Class Pack B General
Painting & Drawing Wednesday 1-3_____$120/8-2hour
sessions
Individual Lesson during scheduled class time Wednesday 1-3_____ $35/per 2 hour class
Privately scheduled lessons__________________________________$40/per 2 hour class
Floater Classes arranged by and with 2
more students(verified by instructor) subtracted from purchased Class Pack
Cancellation policy
A student may need to adjust their schedule.... and may do so
within these parameters.
Class Pack A The 4 session class pack must be completed
in a series over 5 weeks and may include floater classes within that 5 week
span.
Class Pack B The 8 session class pack must be completed
in a series over 10 weeks and may include floater classes within that 10 week
span.
This policy stands unless the student has a severe crisis such
as a death or hospitalization and an announced holiday.
In order to offer students wonderful reduced fees while valuing
the instructor's time, classes are offered in bundles. These bundles---- class Packs A and B---- allow the student to receive classes at the
best value. However, in order for the
instructor to provide theses bundles that provide reduced fees to the students,
it is important that students have consistent attendance maintaining a minimum
number of attending students. Therefore
a set span of time is given to complete that block of purchased classes.
